Plymouth State University

Plymouth State University recently expanded the campus housing to accommodate the increasing amount of students enrolled in their curriculum.  Engelberth Construction was the general contractor for the new Langdon Woods Residence Hall.  Riess Construction was hired to install the IPE siding, which involved being on site intermittently as needed.  The new residence will house 347 students with 107 double rooms each with a bathroom, 25 single rooms each with a private bathroom and 26 four-person suites. Langdon Woods also offers students a multipurpose room, computer room, lounge, café, kitchen, fitness room and laundry facilities.  During construction of the Langdon Woods project, Riess also assisted BAUEN Corporation on the renovations to Lampson Library and Smith Hall located on the Plymouth State University Campus.
