The Oliver Stores, established in 1939, provides sales and service for the Forestry & Construction equipment industry. They have other branches in Farmington, Bangor and New Gloucester Maine. Riess Construction completed a 3,500 sq ft pre-engineered metal building addition for The Oliver Stores at their Lancaster, NH facility. Working closely with one of the owners and branch manager John Scales, Riess Construction was responsible for the design, supply and erection of the addition that houses a wash bay and a drive thru mechanics bay, the mechanics’ bay houses a 5-ton top running bridge crane.
