FW Webb

Riess Construction completed the new FW Webb warehouse and distribution center. Working closely with the building supplier Dutton & Garfield, and the General Contractor, JM Coull, Inc., Riess completed the erection of this 65,000 sq ft. BUTLER pre-engineered metal building and 22,000 sq ft mezzanine on schedule.

This project gave us a chance to install the “Guardian” Purlin Glide roof insulation system that also acts as fall protection and allows for increased “R” values. Our key men were trained and certified for this system. The manufacturer’s representative from Guardian said, “this was the best job he had seen, especially for our first attempt in using this system”.  Riess felt their crews did an exemplary job of getting this job completed on time, under a very aggressive schedule, while keeping safety at the forefront of the project.

The Concord job is the third FW Webb job Riess Construction has erected for Dutton & Garfield & JM Coull. The other two 30,000 sq ft facilities were in Madison and Gilford, NH.
